Today I tell you about our next dream destination, because very big on our trip-list for 2017: Finca Bellavista in Costa Rica. The Finca Bellavista is a treehouse-community in the south of the Central American republic in the middle of the rainforest. The magic combination of beautiful treehouses, lush rainforest, winding rivers, remote mountains and species-rich gardens make this place a one-of-a-kind…blah-blah-blah jabber, in short: that’s where we fervently wanna go!

This dream was seeded pretty early, I think about two years ago. At this time we both were so busy that the dream retired. For a long time he was sulking huffily under the pillow and only showed up during some REM sleeps in the middle of the night and vanished deep into the mattress, as soon as I woke up.

But recently I discovered this minimalistic travel- and photo blog „My Picture Atlas“, where Natascha offered a deep insight into her nine weeks at Finca Bellavista. Suddenly the dream jumped at me from an ambush, built up in front of me and didn’t give up: „Write about me and make me finally come true!“ Of course dream-caterpillars want to become reality-butterflies too, you can’t blame them. Thank you Natascha for reviving our dream with your impressions and thanks for letting us share your pictures!
